5 Things My REALTOR® did to Optimize My Home For Sale

a letter from a client
This is interesting, So few days ago after I helped selling a Single Family Detached listing of my client in Vancouver, I asked them to write, what were the five things they saw as a highlight of my service.
It was amazing that i got their response in less than a day. It always is pleasing to receive a positive feedback from my clients and it is what that keeps me going above and beyond.
When I started doing real estate and got in to Vancouver market as a Realtor, nothing could stop me because i fell in love with this career. What motivated me was learning everyday and be a reliable tool and source in which a consumer can fully depend upon and benefit from the knowledge, skills and the ability.

What I would like to share here was not their entire kind response and letter, but to briefe out the five things that made difference in selling their home in Vancouver:

"1. Extensive and Informative first initial meeting:
This was crucial for my husband and I whom were not familiar and intimate with the current market trends. What else was not knowing all the stages and process involved. After giving Axel a very detailed tour and noticing him taking many notes, we sat and first he talked about our very own neighborhood market and explained about the overall greater Vancouver real estate market as well.
Next he pointed out every scenario and steps involved with giving instances and example so we had a clear picture of expecting the unexpected. This was a knowledgeable interaction, which every consumer could definitely benefited from.

2. Creating a TO-DO list and getting the home ready before listing it:
This was very effective as now we could understand the notes Axel Ziba was taking when we were doing the tour and the walk-through. in this T0-Do list, not only we had a list to do but also, if he gave us a suggestion to be taken care of, he provided the source of getting help. For instance, he noticed our laundry venting pipe needed replacement and instead of just mentioning it, he recommended a specific professional who could be hired and help us out. This saved us lots of time and provided an extreme value both for Axel's Service and for adding to our home's.

3.Doing a Pre-inspection:
I must say, I was very surprised when our Vancouver Realtor Axel Ziba suggested to us to do a pre-home inspection. But after understanding the reason that it helps us eliminate any unforeseen issues, it certainly worth its value.
In addition, he investigated everything in regards to our title, documents, zoning, permitted and unpermitted works, potential planning from the city and so much more that we didn't even know our property in Vancouver had such tremendous paperworks.

4. Spectacular Photography, and exposure in every media:
When Axel was presenting us with his services and Engel & Völkers quality marketing material and advertising channels, I though it is just another figure of speech. But even my husband who is very skeptic was super impressed with the quality of all marketing material, brochures, online ads and virtual tour of our home. Axel truly took the marketing to another level of expectation for us. The marketing exposure of our home for sale was quite obvious where we even got compliments from our neighbors about how beautiful our house is.

5. With Axel Ziba, it was not about finishing the deal and ending transaction. It was truly an educational set where although we were at the sideline enjoying his work, we were also involved and communicated fully in every stage. It made us feel secure, at ease and we completely felt without any stress which everyone claims they go through."

As an experienced Vancouver Realtor, I strive to provide the maximum value for my clients. For me its the process and the pleasant end-result that counts in combine. I Love real estate and truly am happy to do it. So you never bother me by asking me anything in relation to real estate. Go ahead, give me try:)
