This is a wrong presumption that buy spending money in different newspapers with no concentrated lead targeting, I'm marketing and doing a great job for my real estate sellers and their valuable property. Real estate transactions are the most unpredictable as a sale is pending in many stages and variety of third party approvals.For instance, when a buyer propose an offer, first is negotiation, then satisfaction of conditions. In my career, despite of my buyer clients desire to purchase a property, in many occasion, conditions, did not turn to be as satisfactory. Most the problem is when the inspection takes place and the list of problems appears. At this point the buyers get disappointed and in most cases the decide to walk away. As a REALTOR® when examining all the risk and review if my clients could get a better deal, then I suggest a re-negotiation instead of killing the transaction and have unhappy clients on my hand. I make sure I close, and when I decide to do so, I do it in the most benefit and interest of my clients. That makes me standout.

In Real Estate field it is important to have an extensive network. When having a perfect relation with other colleagues and professional, many sales generates from that. As a REALTOR®, I establish communicative, and networking with top notch professionals making sure this bridge of relationship is two ways.
